Night Stock Controller
3 on 3 off (6pm – 6am)

As Stock Controller your role will include controlling inventory with accurate stock counts, full utilisation of the Inventory Management System and the management of damaged stock/product within a fast moving FMCG Intake Warehouse & Production site.
Your Responsibilities:
- Carry out stock checks (with support from operations) as and when required providing accurate stock counts in the warehouse.
- Carry out full investigations to any stock discrepancy and anything below the required amount.
- Resolve any stock issues/discrepancies and implementing any improvements/mitigations to prevent them happening again
- Manage any system mis-matches regards stock
- Log all damaged stock/product with regards reason ensure stock is quarantined correctly in the warehouse
- Liaise with Supply Chain sharing relevant information to ensure required Investigations/corrective actions can be carried out
- Ensuring all stock is counted correctly, logged and kept up to date on the night shift.
Your Personal Skills/Experience:
- Relevant background within a large fast moving warehouse environment
- A background & understanding of food safety & handling desirable
- Understanding of warehouse practices and Inventory Management Systems
- Strong communication skills
- Drive, determination and a track record in delivering results
- Ability to change priorities based on data provision
- Ability to influence, negotiate and deal with conflict successfully
- A strong knowledge of Health & Safety at work
- Ideally you will have a PPT licence
