Responsibilities:
- Develop projects related to internal operational procedures. Coordinate with various departments involved, including the development of work systems in relation to the Credit Operations of the company and related teams.
- Conducts market research and ensure that the company stays ahead of the competition.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect various data for development of work and projects, report results, problems and solutions of each project to implement.
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis of business operations, including the evaluation of the projects for use in strategic planning and improvement of internal operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder, any course
- Possesses above average ENGLISH COMMUNICATION skills (both written and verbal).
- Background in Business Development, Credit Management, or Sales & Marketing in the field of banking or financial services business.
- At least 2 years experience in a Managerial Role.
- Excellent MS Office (MS Excel) skills.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Candidates must be willing to be assigned in ORTIGAS CENTER, PASIG CITY.
- Can start ASAP.
