The Role
Reporting to the Alliance Director and supporting the wider highly-experienced Property team, the Assistant Portfolio Manager will support operations and management of a portfolio of 200 ATM sites nationwide, covering leasing and rental payments, database management, machine servicing and account management.

Based in Auckland, New Zealand.

A typical day may involve:
- Supporting day-to-day property management of a 200-site ATM portfolio across New Zealand – including machine servicing and operational issues.
- Supporting the management of a car park portfolio across various retail and corporate sites
- Supporting financial management; including Reporting, Planning and Rent Roll Validation alongside the Lease Administration and Finance team
- Involvement in the range of budgeting, forecasting, and planning tasks as needed for portfolio management and reporting, and at times with the support of the on-account Finance Team, using Adaptive Planning and JDE with inputs from Costar.
- Maintaining, developing and extending positive relationships that underpin and connect the portfolio - including with the likes of Landlords and ANZ stakeholders.
- Actively work with and align with the Operations and Security teams to ensure seamless delivery of the ATM operations.
- Work with Landlords to swiftly address operational and maintenance issues or requirements under property arrangements.
- Assist in the sourcing of new ATM sites where required.
- Contractor and third-party management as needed.
- Undertake other duties and tasks as reasonably directed from time to time.
Requirements
- Property Management experience preferred but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of leasing and some experience in high-volume environment.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Proficient with MS Office
- Drivers' License, and ability to travel occasionally as required.
