Customer Service Executive [Malaysia]


 

LOCATION:

  • Nusa Jaya, a fast-developing city that offers a variety of opportunities

JOB SCOPE:

  • Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company's products
  • Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their Grab services, payment issues, Grab orders, Grab Apps, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills (spoken & written)
  • SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided

SALARY PACKAGE:

  • Basic Salary: RM1,900
  • KPI/Attendance allowance: RM400
  • Shift Allowance: RM300

Salary: Up to RM 2,600 per month (including allowances)

WORKING HOURS:

  • Rotational shift
  • 9 hours working a day (inclusive of 1 hour break)
  • 6 working days a week with 1 day off (depending on scheduled shifts)

JOB TYPE:

  • Contract (24 months)
  • Training provided (1 month)
