Administrative Assistant [Singapore]


 

Job Duties:
· Attend to phone calls and walk-in customers
· Support the Project Team on progressive claims
· Prepare and follow up on Project Costing
· Responsible for order processing and generating all relevant documents
· Work closely with sales and project team for any clarification on specifications required by customers
· Update project forecast and prepare monthly project reporting on pending orders at end of the month
· Update project database and library
· Stationery and Staff Beverage and Uniforms for replenishment
· Assist your peers in their absent
· Assist in travel/hotel bookings (ad-hoc)
· Other Admin function as assigned
Requirements:
· Relevant project coordination experience
· Must have good computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint) & QuickBook
· Good communication skills and a team player
· Ability to multi-task
· Meticulous, responsible, and with a positive working attitude
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin (need to liaise with Chinese speaking customers)

Preferably able to start work immediately or on short notice

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,300.00 per month
