Project Manager -Bahrain
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
and a proven track record of managing web-based international projects in the
financial services industry.
Must possess excellent people and communication skills and be comfortable
working with SCRUM and JIRA. The successful candidate must be fluent in English
and available to travel.
Experience & Skills:
Manage the relationship with one or more customers across the world, acting as
the single point of contact during the project's lifecycle;
Become a trusted advisor for our customers leading them to successful projects
and converting their needs into opportunities;
Manage projects following best practices and methodologies like Scrum while
reporting periodically status both internally and externally;
Help define the technical strategy using their previous technical background and
experience;
Coordinate and supervise the team, including Business Analysts, Software
Architects, and Frontend/Backend Developers;
Act as a bridge between the creative team, marketing, business, and technical
teams from both us and the Customer.
Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: BD1,200.000 - BD2,000.000 per month

- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
